CDI addresses 2007 Commonwealth Serjeant-at-Arms Professional Development Conference.

CDI Deputy Director, Quinton Clements, gave a presentation to the extension program to the 2007 Commonwealth Serjeant-at-Arms Professional Development Conference on Saturday 4 August 2007. The extension program was attended by Serjeants-at-Arms from Commonwealth African and Pacific Island parliaments.

Mr Clements spoke on capacity building for parliaments with a focus on the professional development of parliamentary staff. He also discussed possible assistance that could be provided by CDI to the development of programs and support for Serjeants-at-Arms in our region.
